Founder Evan Sangwin grew up in Port Credit, surrounded by builders and makers. As part of a third-generation construction family, the trades ran deep—and so did the values that came with them: precision, patience, and pride in the work. He also spent years working in his father’s millshop, where hands-on experience shaped his eye for detail and quality.

By 19, Evan launched his own renovation business, taking on everything from kitchen remodels to full-home builds. That small operation steadily grew into what is now Dream Build Homes—a company built to raise the standard in modern home construction, with family values at its core.
